Worth knowing
- The grant variant of the “Digitalisierungsprämie Plus” ended on 30 June 2025. Only the loan variant with a repayment subsidy continues; there is no direct grant anymore.
- The strong move is the combination: the training cheque provides the know-how (upskilling), the innovation voucher finances the pilot project.
- The federal “Digital Jetzt” program has ended for good. Offers still advertising it are out of date.

Common questions
Does the Digitalisierungsprämie still exist?
Only as a loan with a repayment subsidy. The pure grant variant of the Digitalisierungsprämie Plus ended on 30 June 2025.
Can I fund training and a project together?
Yes. The training cheque (upskilling) and the innovation voucher (pilot project) combine, so know-how and implementation come from one person.

Small and medium-sized enterprises based or with a site in Baden-Württemberg. We clarify the exact scope in the intro call.
