Worth knowing
- Since May 2025 the application runs fully digitally via your ELSTER company account. Agencies and tax advisors cannot file it for you. I provide the quote and measure description, you file it yourself.
- Budget is released monthly (first business day, 10:00). Once it is used up, you wait for the next round.
- Pure license costs for standard IT are not eligible. It is about concrete digitalization measures.

Common questions
Can pletzenauer file the application for me?
No. Since May 2025 you file it yourself via your ELSTER company account. I provide all the documents you need for it: quote and measure description.
Are pure software licenses eligible?
Standard IT usually is not. Within a concrete digitalization project, however, certain license and implementation costs can be eligible.
How high is the grant?
Digitalbonus Standard up to €7,500, Digitalbonus PLUS up to €30,000, each 50% of eligible costs.
I am not based in Bavaria.
